02 — What a certificate proves

Let your work tell the story.

A certificate alone cannot tell an interviewer the one thing they need to know: whether you can do the work.

A certificate is a receipt for time spent. It says you were present and that a fee was paid. It cannot say whether your work was any good, because nobody who does that work for a living ever looked at it.

04 — How supervision works

Real work. Guidance at every step.

A working professional sets your project, reviews it while you build it, corrects it, and signs off on what you actually did. That is the whole product.

    The project comes from someone doing this work now, not from a syllabus.

  2. Watches

    Work is reviewed while it is being built, not marked after it is finished.

  3. Corrects

    Feedback is on the output itself. Rework is expected and is part of the record.

  4. Signs

    The credential carries the supervisor's sign-off on the work actually done.

Connectoi provides medical coding training and supervised practice. Completing this program does not award CPC or CCS certification. CPC is awarded by AAPC and CCS by AHIMA, subject to their respective examination and certification requirements. Connectoi's authorised training-provider status with these organisations has not been confirmed; references to their credentials do not imply affiliation or endorsement. Before enrolling, confirm the applicable certification requirements, exam registration process, and any separate fees. Training does not guarantee certification or employment.

Six months, in two phases. Taught, then practised.

Industry Practice is the second phase of the Apprenticeship. Engagement status, hours, ownership of work and any stipend are confirmed before enrolment and are stated in the agreement before enrolment, not here.

Requires an assessed output. A working practitioner reviewed the work and signed off on it.

Attests attendance only. We say so on the certificate itself, in plain words.

06 — Fees and enrolment

What it costs, and how to start.

Fees
₹29,999 for the Industry Fellowship. Other programs are announced when a batch opens — GST inclusive. Nothing is added at checkout.
Payment
Full payment upfront. Batches are costed and staffed against a confirmed group, and part payment leaves the batch unable to run.
Batch start
Batches begin within 15–20 days of full enrolment.
Mid-batch entry
Not available. Supervision is sequential; joining late breaks it for everyone.
Refunds
Set out in the refund policy — set out in full on the refund page.
Minimum batch
Not yet announced. If a batch does not fill, it does not run and you are refunded.
